Bison Dairy Club
About
Bison Dairy Club is a student organization at NDSU that is open to all students interested in dairy cattle, the dairy industry, or those who want to learn more about the dairy aspect within agriculture. Every spring we attend the American Dairy Science Association (ADSA) Student Affiliated Division's Midwest Regional Conference. Colleges throughout the mid-west are represented by their own respective dairy clubs. At ADSA there are many seminars that help expand your knowledge, competitions such as quiz bowl, as well as social events that create connections with peers and potential colleagues for the future. In addition, we take trips to tour various dairy facilities. We have gone to Wisconsin to visit dairy farms and attend World Dairy Expo, we have traveled to Toronto, Ontario to attend the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, along with touring dairy operations in the midwest region.
